HOW IT WORKS

Program path

Every person has a unique set of pre-existing conditions and needs. This means our program and coaches are focused on meeting you or your loved one where you are today, and helping optimize for future growth.

You book an assessment

What we’re looking for is to understand where you are, any pre-existing conditions, and getting to know you and your goals.

You receive your action plan

Your action plan will be full of insights, recommendations, and helping you onboard onto scheduling your weekly sessions. The amount of weekly sessions will be recommended.

You start your weekly sessions

The goal is help you show up, feel acclimated to the environment, increase stress resiliency, and identity performance and specialization based on how you are adapting to the program.

You grow through consistency

Building on your foundation, you’ll continue making progress through consistently showing up. Milestones allow us to find ways to adjust and improve your training over time.

You become a student

Physical health is one is the key important factors to address. But what about anxiety, nutrition, or even the way our nervous system reacts to all of those things? We invite you to take our courses to compliment your journey.

You live life well

Now with all of the tools needed to regulate your physical and mental health—you are on your way towards a life that can handle obstacles. Your resilience grows stronger.

It all starts with an assessment

Our assessment starts with you and/or your loved one and an Improve coach. Our objective is to understand where you are today, the improvements we’d want to see, and what conditions we will address during their participation as one of our clients.

How the movement sessions work

Our movement sessions provide a structured approach to skill-building, confidence, and adaptability. Whether training for performance, functional movement, or personal growth, we tailor each phase to individual needs. We start by ensuring comfort and familiarity, then progress toward greater autonomy and specialization based on personal goals.

PHASE ONE

Building confidence

The first phase is about understanding the training process and building a strong foundation. Our sessions start with one-on-one coaching, allowing for individualized attention and a personalized approach to movement.

For some, this phase remains one-on-one. For others, a gradual transition to semi-private or small-group training may be appropriate, allowing for collaborative learning while maintaining structured support.

PHASE TWO

Skill progression

As skills and confidence grow, we introduce new challenges to encourage independence and adaptability.

For those transitioning to small-group training, this phase helps foster teamwork and communication, while still ensuring individual progress. However, for those who thrive in a one-on-one setting, training remains personalized and structured accordingly.

PHASE THREE

Specialization & application

With a strong foundation in place, we tailor training to individual goals, helping participants refine their skills and apply their learnings to real-world experiences. Whether focusing on sport-specific performance, movement efficiency, or overall well-being, this phase ensures that training remains meaningful, effective, and aligned with personal aspirations.
